Ordering Iekei ramen

Check the shop’s options for noodle firmness, seasoning and oil.

Start with the offered defaults

Iekei commonly combines pork-and-chicken broth, soy seasoning, thick noodles, spinach and nori. Some shops ask about firmness, taste strength and oil. Options and charges are shop-specific.
